TRUST INDENTURE
THIS INDENTURE, made at Minneapolis, Minnesota, this day of
1972, by and between William D. budding of Hennepin
County, Minnesota, as first party (hereinafter called "the Donor") and
William D. Oudding and Mildred Williams (hereinafter called "the Trustees"),
WITt~ESSETti:
I.
Nerewi th the Donor has assigned, transferred and delivered to
the- Trustees that certain property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof. Such property, as well as all other
property hereafter transferred to the Trustees, is and shall be received by
the Trustees, not to their own accounts, but in their fiduciary capacity
hereunder, and shall constitute the corpus of the trust (which trust shall
be known as the "William D. budding Trust"), to be held, administered and
distributed by the Trustees in compliance herewith.
II.
The Donor reserves the following rights:
A) To add to the trust other items of real or personal property
acceptable to the Trustees by assigning, transferring, conveying
and delivering the same to the Trustees, and any and all such
other items of property so hereafter assigned, transferred, con-
veyed and delivered shall be described in supplementary Exhibits
A (which Exhibits A shall become a part hereof upon delivery to
the Trustees), and shall be held and distributed by the Trustees
under the term of this agreement as though they had originally-

been a part of the trust estate.
B) At any time or times to amend or revoke this instrument and
the trust hereunder, in whole or in part, by an instrument or
