instruments in writing signed by him and delivered in his
lifetime to the Trustees. If this instrument is revoked in
its entirety, the revocation shall take effect upon the de-
l ivery of the required writing to the Trustees . On the revoca-
ti on of this instrument i n 1 is entirety, the revocation shat 1
take effect upon the delivery of the required writing to the
Trustees. On the revocation of this instrument i n its entirety,
the Trustees shall deliver to the Donor, or as he may direct in
the instrument of revocation, all of the trust. property.
C) To amend or revoke this instrument and the trust hereunder,

in whole or in part, by a Nill which specifically refers to this
instrument and_specifically directs that amendments are to be
made or states that the instrument is revoked. If this instru-
ment i s revoked i n its entirety by a wi 11 of the Donor, the
Trustees shall deliver to the Donor's estate, or as his Will
• may direct, all of the trust property.
III.
~ The Trustees shall collect, receive, receipt for, and manage the
~ principal and income. of the trust estate and, after paying the proper charges
and expenses of the trust, the Trustees shall hold and distribute the princi-
pal of and the net income from the trust during the life of the Donor as
follows:
A) The Trustees shall pay to the Donor, or to his order, the
entire net income from the trust estate in monthly or other
convenient installments.
B) In addition thereto, the Trustees shall pay to the Donor,
or i n accordance with his written instructions , such sums from
the principal of the trust estate as the Donor may from time to
time request, or as the Trustees in their sole discretion may
deem necessary ar advisable to provide for the Donor's proper
