Upon the Donor's death: A) The Trustees shall apply so much of the remainder of the trust estate as is needed to pay the following taxes and s expenses: ~ ' 1. The expenses of the Donor's last illness, funeral and interment and of administration of the Donor's estate. 2. All income and_property taxes properly chargeable against the Donor's estate. 3. All inheritance, estate and other similar taxes of the United States of America, or any state or terri- tory thereof, assessed against the Donor's taxable i estate or the recipients thereof, whether passing by the Donor's Will or otherwise, without reimbursement or contribution from any person. he Any such payments may be made directly or through t legal representative of the Donor's estate. B) All the rest and residue of the trust estate shall comprise a separate trust fund to be designated as the "children's trust," and shall be held, administered and distributed in accordance with the provisions of Article Y hereof. V. ~ The "children's trust" shall be administered and-distributed as follows: A) The Trustees shall divide the entire trust estate into as many separate equal trust funds as there are lawful children of the Donor living at the time of such division.
