include in such divisions by right of representation the
surviving issue of any such child or children. Although
such funds are to be ac~ninistered and distributed separately
as hereinafter set forth, the Trustees may, to the extent
deemed advisable, carry investments for them in common so
iong.as their equitable separateness is maintained,
B) The Trustees shall pay over and distribute in monthly or
other convenient installments all of the income and so much of
the principal of the separate trust estate as will, in their '
sole and uncontrolled discretion, be necessary to provide for #

the adequate medical care, hospitalization, education, support,
maintenance and welfare of each of the Donor's said children or
for the issue of a deceased child.

C) If any child of the Donor or if the issue of a deceased child

of the Donor for whom a separate trust fund shall have been set
apart, shall die before receiving the entire principal of such
trust fund so set apart for his or her benefit leaving lawful
-issue surviving him or her, then such separate trust fund shall ~ f
be administered as herei nbefore provided for the benefit of such
issue. If any such child or issue of a deceased child for whom
a separate trust fund is set apart dies without lawful issue
a
surviving, then and in that event such separate trust fund shall
be paid over and distributed in equal shares unto the Trustees
of the remaining separate trust funds to be received, administered
and distributed as additions thereto.
O) Upon termination of the trust as hereinafter provided, my
Trustees shall distribute all of the assets of each separate
trust fund unto the then beneficiaries of such separate trust
fund.
