E) In the event that William 0. budding dies, resigns or is
disqualified from serving before the administration of the trust
estate shall have been completed, then Mildred Williams may
continue to serve as sole Trustee. In the event that Mildred
Williams dies, resigns or is disqualified from serving before - -
the administration of the trust estate shall have been completed,
then Doris Alien shall be appointed as successor Trustee.
F)• During the lifetime of the Donor, the Donor may designate
by an instrument i n writing appended hereto, one or more
additional Trustee of the trust created herein and after the
death of the Donor, any Trustee may- appoint by an instrument

i n writing appended hereto, one or more additional Trustees of -
the trust created herein.
G} The trust created by this Trust Indenture shall terminate-
on-the seventh anniversary of the date of the Donor's death.
~ Provided, nevertheless,-that the then Trustee or Trustees
may in their sole and uncontrolled discretion terminate the
trust at any time prior to the seventh anniversary of the
Donor s death and distribute. the assets to the beneficiaries
as herei nbefore provided.
VI.
~~o title in the trust or trusts created in and by this Trust Inden-
ture, or in the income therefrrom, shall vest in any beneficiary, and neither
the principal nor the income of any such trust shall be liable for the debts
of any beneficiary, and no beneficiary shall have any power to sell, assign,

transfer, encumber, or in any other manner to anticipate or dispose of his
or her interest in any such trust, or the income •produced thereby, prior to
the actual distribution, in fact, by the Trustees to said beneficiary. If
