any attempt be made to reach the income or principal of any of said trust
estates in a manner prohibited by the preceding sentence hereof, the Trustees r
are hereby authorized and eepowered to apply the inca~ne from the trust estate

so attempted to be anticipated, assigned, hypothecated, garnished, attached
or reached by process, directly to the maintenance of the beneficiary involved. f

The Trustees shall have_potrer and authority to do any act or thing !

reasonably necessary or advisable for the proper administration and distribu- }
tion of each trust created by this Indenture. Except as may be otherwise
expressly directed or required by this Indenture , and i n extension but not

in limitation of the power provided by .applicable. law, the Trustees shall

have full power and authority as to any properties, real , personal or mixed,
at any time comprising a part of any trust hereunder, and without the neces-
si ty of notice to or 1 i tense or approval of any court or person, during the
term of such trust and for purposes of division and distribution after its ~
~ termination in the Trustees' continuing sole discretion:
A) To purchase as an investment of the trust estate, any i
security or other property, real , personal or mi xed, whether
authorized by la~l for the investment of trust funds or not so
authorized, which belongs to the Donor's estate while the same
is being probated in the court having 3urisdiction thereof or
which belongs to any trust created by the Donor under his Will
or under any other Agreement, or to lend money to the Donor's
estate or to any other such trust without personal liability
of the Executor or Trustees for repayment of such loans, such
investments or loans to be made at such prices, upon such
security, if any, and upon such terms as may be satisfactory
to the Trustees. The Trustees may make any such investments
or loans notwithstanding the fact that a Trustee hereof may
also be an Executor of the Donor's .estate or a Trustee of any
other such trust.
