G) To make, without the intervention of any legal guardian,

any payments by the terms hereof payable to or for the benefit
of any minor or person `in any one or more of the following ways:
(1) Directly for the maintenance, education and welfare of any

such beneficiary; (2) To the parent or natural guardian of such
beneficia '
ry; or (3) To anyone who at the time shall have custoc~?
and care of the person of said beneficiary. The Trustees shall
not be obligated to see to the application of the funds so paid, _
but the receipt of such person shall be full acquittance of the
Trustees.
N) To make division or distribution, whenever herein required,
in whole or in part, in money, securities or other property, and
in undivided interests therein, and to continue to hold any such
undivided interest in any trust hereunder, and in such division
or distribution the judgment of the Trustees concerning the pro-
priety thereof and the valuation of the properties and securities
concerned shall be binding and conclusive on al 1. persons in
interest.
I) To vote all stocks, and to issue proxies; to sell or exercise
subscription rights; to consent to, join in and deposit securities
in connection with any voting trust or any plan or reorganization,
readjustment, merger, consolidation or dissolution in respect to

any corporation whose stocks, bonds or-other securities are a part
of any of the trust estates, and to accept and hold any voting
trust certificates or any other securities issued pursuant to
any plan of reorganization, readjustment, merger, consolidation
or dissolution.
