XI I.
The Donor expressly waives any requirement-that the trust or -
trusts created by this Indenture be submitted to the 3urisdiction of any
court, and that the Trustees be appointed or confirmed by any court, and
that the Trustees' accounts be heard and allowed by any court. This pro-
vision, however, shall in nowise prevent any of the beneficiaries hereunder
or the Trustees from requesting any of the procedures waived in thls pars- t
graph .
XIII.
The trust has been accepted by the Trustees in the State of
Minnesota, the Indenture has been executed and delivered in said State,
and all questions of law arising under this agreement shall be determined
under and according to the laws of the State of Minnesota.
IN WITYESS WHEREOF, on the day and year first above written, said
William D. budding has hereunto set his hand as Donor, and said William D.
