30 East, St. Johns County, Florida, described as follows: Commencing at a
concrete monument at the point of intersection of the South line of said
Fractional Section 20 witg the Westerly right of way line of Florida State
Road AIA; thence North 14 25' West along said right of way line a distance
of 500 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence continuing
North 14 25' West along said right of way line a distance of 500 feet to the
ac~ual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence North
89 15' East and parallel with the South line of said section .a distance of
260 feet, more or less, to the shore line of the Atlantic Ocean; thence
Southerly along said shore line a distance of 500 feet, more or less, to an
intersection wi~h a line bearing North 89 15' East from aforesaid Point "A";
thence South 89 15' West, 260 feet, more or less, to aforesaid Point "A";
thence continuing South 89° 15' West a distance of 1463.58 feet, more or less,

89° i5' West from the actual point of beginning; thence North 89 15' East,
