NOTICE OF RECOMMENCEMENT
NOTICE is hereby given that LEONARD SIMONS is authorizing BURPHY
CONSTRUCTION INC., the general contractor heretofore building the
structure on the following described property to recommence the sub-
contractors' work as to the contracted work of MARVIN DRYDEN, who has
defaulted under his contract and has abandoned the construction on said.
property.
The owner hereby gives authority to~BURPHY CONSTRUCTION, INC., to
recommence construction upon the property which is described as follows,
to-wit:
1. Lot 6, Block 419, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION THREE, as recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 13A, of a/k/a 731 S.E. Albatross.
2. Lot 14, Block 400, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION THREE, as recorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 13A, of a/k/a 762 S.E. Carnival Avenue.
3. Lot 19, Block 497, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTIOi~1 TEN, a Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 49A-49G, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida a/k/a 1632 S.E. Pleasantview.
4. Lot 14, Block 496, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TEN, a Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 49 A-G, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida a/k/a 1682 S.E. Mistletoe.
5. Lots 15, Block 430, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION THREE, a Subdivision
as on file in Plat Book 12, Page 13A of the Public Records. of
St. Lucie County, Florida a/k/a/ 923 S.E. Albatross.
6. Lot 6, Block 496, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TEN, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 49 and 49A
through 49G, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, _

f - The improvement on the property will be the completion of the concrete
and masonry work and supervision of same which the sub-contractor who
~ abandoned was to perform, and shall be completed under the plans and
specifications originally contracted for said home.
The owner of the fee simple title is LEONARD SIMONS, TRUSTEE,
2630 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida 33020. The said owner has
retained BURPHY CONSTRUCTION, INC., as the general contractor for the com-
pletion of the construction in accordance with the plans and specifications
for the building to be completed upon the above described property.
The name and address of a person within the State of Florida, other
than the owners, upon whom notices and other documents may be served under
the Florida Mechanics Lien Statutes is BURTON A. JACOBS, ESQ., 2630
Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida 33020.
