Florida corporation, by and through their undersigned counsel, that the
Default entered on March 26, 1979, against Defendant, CAROLINA GEORGIA
CARPETS AND TEXTILES, INC., a Florida corporation, be reopened, and
that the Defendant, CAROLINA GEORGIA CARPETS AND TEXTILES, INC., shall
have a period of twenty(20)days in which to respond to the Second Amended
Complaint of the Plaintiff.
