• 4. Except as specifically. designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs , personal represents-

6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
