NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
The undersigned hereby gives notice of the commencement
of certain construction pursuant to~Section 713.13 of the Florida
Statutes and states the following;
(a) Description of real property to be improved: }

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
(b) General description of improvement: Residence
(c) ~ Names and address of the owners and their interests
in the site of improvement: Charles V. Padrick, III and Rebecca Ann
Padrick; 1115 Club Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; fee simple.
(d) Name and address of contractor: Custom Housing
Systems, inc., 3306 Enterprise Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
(e) Name and address of the surety on the payment bond:
None.
(f) Name and address of any person making a loan for
construction of improvements: The Federal Land Bank of Columbia,
P. O. Box 1028, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
(g) Name and address within the State of Florida of a
person other than the owner upon whom notices or other documents
may be served: None.'
(h) Name and address of a person in addition to the
owner to receive a copy of any lienor's notice as provided in
Section 713.06(2)(b): Alexander Kromhout, The Federal Land Bank of
Columbia, P. O. Box 1028, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
