THIS IS A SECOND PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE inferior to That certain mortgage
from R BERT L. BEMENDERFER and SHI LE K. BEMENDERFER, his wife, to FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, dated May 26, 1977,
and filed of record May 31, 1977, in Official Records Book 268, page 2835,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is agreed and understood that upon any default under the prior mortgage
covering this property, such default will constitute an automatic default
of this Second Purchase Money Mortgage and the Mortgagees shall have the
right to make payments against prior mortgage installment and apply all
such payments to the balance due under this Second Purchase Money Mortgage.
Mortgagee rights shall be cumulative hereunder.
