date hereof to the date of sale. -
6. That by virtue of the Articles of Agreement described in
the Complaint, the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the said
property situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, being more particularly described as follows: ~
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, and the North 3.75 -
feet of Lot 9, and the North 3.75 feet of Lot 10 of
Block 7, LESS the West 8 feet thereof, of KEYSTONE
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, Piat Book 10, Page 52, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
7. If the total swn with interest at. the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment
are not paid within three (3) days from this date, the Clerk of this
Court shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest bidder
for cash, free, clear and discharged of and from any and all claims,
liens, encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of the said
Defendant, TIMOTHY AMS, which sale shall be held b the Clerk of
this Court on ~ the i~~~day of - , 1980, at
l~M. at-the Front Door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse
in Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance-with F.S. 45.031.
~ 8. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action .

~ and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the Plaintiff is
not the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit the Plaintiff's bid with
the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this
judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
9. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale, the
Clerk shall issue a Certificate of Sale,~and if no objections to
said sale shall be filed within the time required by law,-said Clerk
shall issue his Certificate of Title and Certificate of Disbursements,
and he shall disburse and apply the proceeds of the sale in the
following manner: '
A. His fees, allowances, commission and expenses; ~
B. Fees and costs of the Officers of this Court and the
