This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of
the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
- ~ 1. Ta.es for the current year and subsequent years.
' 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.,
a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of wfiich documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the obligations of a
member of said Property Owner's Association. ~
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the ~

heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties ~
hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby

conveyed against all and every person(s) ~ahomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through
' or under the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
. such persons claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
