This action was heard on plaintiff s motion for summary
'a final judgment, and it is,
ADJUDGED, that:
1. Plaintiff, DA.A.D,Inc., is due $1.5,000.00 as principal,
- 'x$9,077.90 as interest to the date of this Judgment, $1,858.62 for

2. Plaintiff holds alien for the total sum superior to
`any claim or estate of the defendants, U.RICHARD AALTONEN and ~
°EDITH I. AALTONEN, his wife, JOSEPH MAGGIO and MARIE MAGGIO, his ~
` wife, on the following described property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida: ~ ~
All of Lot 1, and that part of Lot 2, in Block 2,
of Unit 1 of FORT PIERCE SHORES, according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 9,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
- described as follows:
Begin at a point on the front lot line of Lot 2, '
28 feet north of the Southwest corner of Lot 2,
run thence along said front Iot line 38 feet to
. the Northwest corner of Lot 2, run thence alarig the
side lot line to the Northeast corner of Lot 2, xun
thence on a straight line to the point of beginning,
the same being also described as:
All of said Lot 2 except that part conveyed by North
Beach Development Company to Fort Pierce Realty, Inc.
by warranty deed dated March 21, 1952, and recorded
in j?eed Book. 172, Page 477, public records of St. -
Lucie County, Florida.
3. The total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
