NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45

Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated
::March 6, 1980, in Case No. 79-S68-CA of the Circuit Court of the
,'19th Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
:which D.A.D.Inc., is the plaintiff and U. RICHARD AALTONEN and
'`:EDITH I. AALTONEN, his wife and JOSEPH MAGGIO and MARIE MAGGIO,
:his wife, are the ~efendants,I will sell to the highest and best
bidder for cash in the lobby at the east door of the St. Lucie
County Courthouse in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, at-
~11:00 o'clock A.M, on the 21st day of March, 1980, the following
described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
All of_Lot 1, and that part of Lot 2, in Block 2, of
Unit 1 of FORT PIERCE SHORES, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 9, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows:
Begin at a point on the front lot line of Lot 2, 28 feet
north of the Southwest corner of Lot 2, run then along
said front lot line 38 feet to the Northwest corner. of Lot
2, run thence along the side Iot line to the Northwest corned
of Lot 2, run~then Southerly along the rear lot line 31.57
feet to a point, run thence on a straight line to the point
of beginning, the same being also described as:
All of said Lot 2 except that part conveyed by North Beach
Development Company to Fort Pierce Realty, Inc., by warranty;
deed dated March 21, 1952, and recorded in Deed Book 172,
Page 477, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
