O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on January 3, 1980,
upon Defendants' Motion to Dismiss/Abate, and this Court having
considered the merits of said Motion, having entertained argument
of counsel in support of their respective positions, and having
otherwise been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss/Abate

is hereby granted upon the basis of paragraphs ~(1) through (5)
contained therein; that Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days
from the date of this Order within which to file an Amended
Complaint; and that Defendants shall have fifteen (15) days
thereafter within which to file pleadings-in response to
Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint.
