is subject in every respect to the Ik•c•lstration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, inct~Kling but~not
limited to (whether the same are attached to tl~e Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the R~,les and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plsui of apartment purchased by R~rchaser, and all M~ercl:~~ents to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Licoi~~oration, By-LsnJS and Declaration
of Covenants au~d Restrictions of. the,l'roperty 0?~n~er's Association; and Rirchaser
further ac_lmowledges receipt of and reading sued examination of said Declaration, its '
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknoialedges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential. to the sucessful operation sued msuiage-

and Restrictions of ttie Property O+vners' Association and said Purchaser ass~mies the
obligations as to the Property Owners'. Association as to lus condomini~un parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducc~nents, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium sold Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due wider the Property 0?~n~er's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. IVv warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the ss~me is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and tl~e Exhibits attached thereto.
