Purchaser, by acrcptance and ~~xecutinn of this Itcceipt, :~cknawleclges
that this purchase of a condominium emit at (X:li11N V[1.1.ACl: 01~ lllffGlIINSON 1Sl.Mil~•
is subject in every respect to the lk~c~laration of Condominiun as to the condoninium
in which his tuiit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, incl~xling but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to ~ a
therein), the By-laws of the nssociation nrticles of Incorporation, tine Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and-floor
pla~i of apartment purchased by R~rchaser, and all Amendments to tlie~aforesaid De-
claration and Iixhihits and the Articles of Inco~7~oration, By-l.~n~rs and Declaration
_ of Covenants and Restrictions of-tl~e,l'roi~erty U~nier's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor Flan, and acknowledges that each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tl~e sucessful operation and manage-
meet of-the Condominium property and is in the best interests and fnr the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominitnn and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser lierel~}• ratifies and
confirms quid approves all of the terms and provisions of said lxclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment ~u~der the. t
Property Owners' Association docwnents referred to above and the provisions thereof
' are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser a~lo~owledges and confirns -
L that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e Property O~~~iers' /~esociation
has encumbered and impressed a lien ulxm tl~e Condominiten parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions 'of the Property Owners` Association and said 1'circhaser asstanes the
obligations as to tkie Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel. .
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid 1leclaration of CondominiLCn and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due wider the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. Nc~ warranty or guaranty is rn<1de or intended
nor may one be relied except where the s:~me is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and tl~e Exhibits attached thereto.
