AMENDMENT TO
BY-LAWS OF
OGEANA OF HUTCHTNSON ISLAND, INC.
The Soard of Directors of Oceana of Hutchinson Island,
Inc., upon approval of the units owners of Oceana of
Hutchinson Island, hereby amend Article III. Meetings of
Members, Section 1. to read as follows:
Section 1. The annual meeting of members shall be
held at 10:00 a.m. on the first Saturday in February
of each year at the. place designated by the Conda-
minium Association.
The President is directed to take all necessary action
to effectuate said change.
This change amends the By-Laws as recorded in Official
Records Book 245. Page 110, et al, St. Lucie County, Florida,
