ial Record Book 314, Page 511, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, conveying the title to the following described 'real
property:
Lot 1, Block 11, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY-FIVE, ~
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 13, Pages 32 and 32A through 32I, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County., Florida.
2. That in the preparation and typing of said Warranty Deed
the Affiant failed to state that the Grantors, James J. Phares and ~ ~
Marcus B. Phares, were man~and wife, and that the failure to so state
was merely an over-sight and error of omission. That the said Grantors
accepted title to said real property as James J. Phares and Marcus B.

Phares, his wife, by Warranty Deed dated September 25, 1968, and record-
z
ed in Official Record Book 174, Page 283, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and from all of the information furnished to
the Affiant they were still man and wife at the time of the execution
and delivery of the above described Warranty Deed to Elmer Kreiser and
Jerry Kreiser.
