1. That the Affiants are the Grantees named in that certain
Warranty Deed given to them by James J. Phares and Marcus 8. Phares,
dated August 3, 1979, and recorded August 8, 1979, in Official record
Book 314, Page 511, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flor-
ida, conveying the title to the following described real property:
Lot 1, Block 11, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWENTY-FIVE,
according to the plat thereof on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for 5t. Lucie,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 32 and 32A
through 32I.
2. That at the time of the conveyance to the Affiants of
the title to the above described real property, under and by virtue
of the above mentioned Warranty Deed, the said real property was
vacant and unimproved, and the Affiants know of their own knowledge
that the Grantors named in said Warranty Deed, James J. Phares and
Marcus B. Phares, did not maintain their home or residence thereon.
3. That the Affiants have never maintained their home or
residence upon the above described real property, which is located
in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida. That the homes and r~s-
idences of the Affiants are in Indiantown, Martin County, Florida.
