DE LUCA; Respondent. O R D E R ' THIS CAUSE having come on .by Stipulation of the parties and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay support to the Petitioner for the benefit of CHERYL ANN~DE LUCA, born 3/25/78, minor child of the parties, in the sum_of.$25.00 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving a;~d disbursing support. payments. These payments are to begin on the 29th day of June, 1979, and thereafter on Friday of each and every week. Said payments shall . be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said pay- ments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the State of New Jersey as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk - receives notification by the Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services. that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to: Burlington County Probation Department, 49 Rancocas Road, Mt. Holly,-New Jersey 08060. . IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that when CHERYL ANN DE LUCA reaches three (3) years of age the support payment shall increase to $35.00•per week. When the child reaches five (5) years of age, the support payments shall increase to $45.00 per week. At the child's sixth (6th) birthday the child support payments shall be adjusted pro- portionately according to the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers for the Philadelphia Region, using as the base for such ~ calculations the Cost of Living Index figure for the month of the child's fifth (5th)- birthday.
