PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and Property
of t ~ Ann g,-py~ ,incompetent, alleges:

~ ~ 1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer exists by reason of the
fact that the ward is now sui iuris
- 2. Petitioner files herewith afinal- return containing a full and correct account of all
receipts and disbursements of all the wazd's property of which petitioner has control since the last
return filed herein, if any, or from the commencement of the administration of this guardianship if
no prior return has been filed, which return includes a statement of the ward's assets.

WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered approving all accountings not - .
