Road,~Oxon Hill, Maryland, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, and desiring to make a disposition of my property, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils by me
at any time heretofore made.
I state that I am divorced and that my wife's name was
Jane Borntraeger; that I have one child, Judith Nelson, nee
Borntraeger, residing in San Diego, California.
ARTICLE I: I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to ~
pay all of tqy dust debts, Funeral expenses and expenses
of rqy last illness as soon after my death as may be
- convenient.-

ARTICLE II: Being mindful.of my .daughter, Judith Nelson,
nee Borntraeger, I leave her nothing. -
ARTICLE III: All of the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, whether real; .personal or mixed, and of
whatever nature or wherever situate, which I may own or ~
have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, I ~
give, devise and bequeath to my fiancee, Marjorie Luella
Mueller, nee Leicht, Whom I expect to marry in the near ~
future, and this provision shall apply to-her with equal
force and effect after we become husband and wife.

IP my fiancee, Marjorie Luella Mueller, or my wife,
Marjorie Luella Horntraeger,~whichever the case may be .
at the time, should predecease me, the provisions for her
shall lapse, and under those circumstances that which she
Mould have taken if she had survived me I give, devise and
bequeath to my aunt, Ivy Julia Kerens, of 5241 Canterbury
