• ARTICLE III: I hereby nominate and appoint my fiancee,
Mari orie Luella Mueller, or my wife, Marjorie Luella

Borntraeger, whichever the case may be at the time, as
the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and
direct that she serve without bond.
ARTICLE IV: I direct that my Executrix shall have full
power to do any and all things necessary for the complete
administration of my estate, including the power to sell -
at public or private sale and without order of the Court,
any real or personal property belonging to my estate, and
to compound, compromise, arbitrate or to otherwise
settle, adjust, or abandon any and alI claims, charges,
debts and demands whatsoever, against or in favor of my
estate as fully as I could do if living.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this
my Last Will and Testament, consisting of two typewritten pages,
- on the margins whereof, except the last, I have also affixed my
signature this day of June, 1968.

This instrument, consisting of two. typewritten pages,
each bearing the signature of the above named, Edward Charles
Borntraeger, Jr., was by him on the date hereof signed, published
and declared by him to be his Last Will and Testament, in our
presence, who at his request and in his presence and in-the
presence of each other, we believing him to be of sound and
disposing mind and memory, have hereunto subscribed our names as
nesses the d and year above written.
