PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
Petitioner, GEORGE R. ASHLEY, JR., personal representative
of the above estate and devisee of the following described property,.
alleges:
1. -Part of the assets of the estate consists of:
Parcel A. Lots 13 and 16, AMENDED PLAT OF STOimER'S
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 4, page 18, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. (Located at 602-A & B South 11th Street
and 606 South 11th Street, Fort Pierce,Florida.)
Parcel B. Lot 4, Block 1, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES,
Second Addition, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
~ Book 14, page 2, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. (Located at 2408 Royal Palm Drive, Fort
Pierce, Florida.)
2. The Will of decedent did not contain a power of sale.
3. Petitioner considers it expedient, necessary and to the
best interest of the estate to sell the above real property to pro-
vide .funds for debts of last illness, funeral expenses and costs of
administration.
4. Signed contracts for sale, conditioned upon Court ap-
proval, have been received to purchase Parcel A for $45,000.00,

cash, and Parcel B for $45,000.00, cash.
5. ANNETTE C. ASHLEY, the only other devisee under the Will
does not have an interest in this proceeding as the above property
was-specifically devised to petitioner, individually.
WHEREFORE, petitioner asks for an Order authorizing the
