ORDER OF SALE-
This cause has been considered by this Court upon the
petition of GEORGE R. ASHLEY, JR., personal representative of
the above estate, and the Court having determined it is in the
best interest of-the estate that certain assets of the estate be
sold to provide funds for debts of last illness, funeral expenses,
and costs of administration, that the best interest of the estate
will be served by a sale of the property, it is
ADJUDGED that petitioner, as personal representative of the
above estate is authorized to sell the following property upon the
following terms and conditions:
Parcel A. Lots 13 and 16, AMENDED PLAT OF STOUDER'S
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
4,_page 18, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for.$45,000.00, cash.
Parcel H. Lot 4, Hlock 1, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES,
Second Addition, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book I4, page2, public records of St. Lucie County-,
Florida, fo.r $45,000.00, cash.
