MORTGAGE MODIFICATION
AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this ~~day of February,
1980, by and between LOUIS BOUDREAU and MARIE A. BOUDREAU, his
wife (hereinafter referred to as "Lender") and DAVID K. LEHMAN
and LYNN LEI~IAN, his wife (hereinafter referred to as "Borrower").
WHEREAS, .Borrower did deliver to Lender a promissory
note dated August 16, 1979 in the principal amount of $8S00.00,
~ M all principal and accrued interest due thereunder at the rate of
~ ~ M ~ 9% per annum which were due Lender on or before February 16, 1980,

December, 1977, and recorded in Official

a WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify the terms of said
mortgage and note as-hereinafter set forth.

~ NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed:
1. Upon the execution hereof Borrower shall pay to

H Lender the sum of $3500.00 plus all accrued interest due on the
~ entire principal sum of $8500.00 at 9% per annum through

E' ~ February 16, 1980.
2. The remaining principal balance of, $5000.00 shall
be due and payable with interest at the rate of 12~% per annum
from February 16, 1980 in one lump sum on or before August 16,
1980.
• 3. Upon receipt of the $3500.00 plus interest as is
. ~ required under- the terms of paragraph 1 hereof, Lender agrees to
