original promissory note presently in Lender's possession and to
initial same; to-wit: ~
The principal sum of $3500 00 has been t
paid by maker with interest through
February 16, 1980 and the due date for
the balance of the $5000.00 has been
extended to on or before August 16, 1980.
Lender agrees to mail a copy of the promissory note so modified
to Borrower within five days of the execution of this Mortgage
Modification Agreement.
4. Except as modified under the terms of this Agreement,
all of the terms and provisions of the aforereferenced promissory
-note and purchase money second mortgage shall remain in full
force and effect. The said purchase money second mortgage shall
continue to secure the payment of all those sums remaining due
Lender. In all other respects said purchase money second mortgage

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Agreement.
