Non-Uniform Covenants 18, I9, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that aU
references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acla~owledges receipt of a copy of the complete tent of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-iJNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrovrer and Lender further covenant and agree I

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option w~#thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
intienast thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes atatinq that said
nodes. are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness sec~n~ed by this Mact-
gage, not including sums advanced in.aecordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
