KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the law; of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Pius V. Pautenis, Sr. and
Catherine W. Pautenis, his wife - dated February 27th 19 65 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. _ Book 112 on page
128 ,securing the payment of the sum of Bight 1t~ousand, Bight Hundred
Fifty and no/100-------

covering property in the County of - St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtecness evidenced byy said mortgage and the rate secured thereby, and doth hereby
camel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises desuibed therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid Count' to
cancel the same of record.. -
