mises, releases. conveys and confirms. unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
Lot 1, Block 2922, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 41, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 35,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances,
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage in favor of GDV FINANCIAL
CORPORATION dated December 4, 1978 and recorded on December 29,
1978 in OR Book 300, Page 1868, Public-Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida in the original principal sum of $38,400.00, said
mortgage subsequently assigned to THE WILLIAMSBURGH SAVINGS B
on December 4, 1978, which the grantees hereby assume and agree
to pay.
