the taws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Grady Lawrence and
Annie L. Lawrence, his wife, dated June 13th, ~9 69 ,and recorded
in the public reoards of St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, in O.R. Book 118 on page
538 ,securing the payment of the sum of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100---------------
and re-recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 178
on page 1337.
covering property in the County of St. Lucie Florida,.dpth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the rwte secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth i?ereby direct the Clerk of tFie Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
