OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., anon-profit corporation of the State •
of Florida, which hag been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKSWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKSWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there hoe been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, ~ page 284 ,.Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Flori a.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNBRS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release,-satisfy and forever discharge the said~Affidavit
now on record against -the following property, since aid arrearage
