TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard, ex pane, without notice,
upon the prayer of the Petition herein, duly executed and sworn
to by the Wife on the 6th day of March, 1980, for a restraining
. order and s~.milar relief, and upon consideration thereof, it is
hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband and Wife be, and they
are hereby, restrained and prohibited from harassing, molesting,
threatening, disturbing, striking or contacting each other, in
any way whatsoever or attempting to do any of the said things,
at the parties' place of residence or otherwise.
- The Sheriff of St. Lucie County and his authorized deputies
are hereby ordered to enforce the terms of this Restraining Order
upon notice by either party that sate is being violated.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
