duly authorized by the laws of the Stab of VIRGINIA to administer oaths
and take acknowledgments, GREETINGS:
WHEREAS, a paper writing purporting fo ba the Last Will and Testament of
FLORENCE E. BAGGOTT -
deceased, has been propounded beforo this Court for probate; and -
WHEREAS, it appearing therein that PAULINE L. REYNOLDS
are -the subscribing and attesting witnesses thereto and that the residence of said subscribing and attesting
witnesses is such that they cannot attend this Court without manifest inconvenience; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the oath of at least vne of the said subscribing and atte;ling witnesses
shall be submitted to this Court in order that the said paper writing shall be admitted to probate as the
true last Will and Testament of the said FLORENCE E. BAGGOTT
deceased.
KNOW YE, NOW, that- 1, L E R O Y H. M O E County Judge
in and for Broward County, Florida; reposing special trust and confidence in your prudence and fidelity,
have appointed you, and you are hereby authorized and required to cause at least one or more of the
said subscribing and attesting witnesses to said Last Will and Testament personally to come before you,
and after being duly sworn, take an oath in the form • hereinafter provided regarding the execution of
said paper writing, a photographic Dopy of which is hereto annexed, and sought to be probated in this
Court as and for the last Will and Testament of the said FLORENCE E. BAGGOTT
deceased, and that you send the same closed up under your hand and seal to-this Court-with due dispatch
and no unnecessary delay, together with this Writ.
