Lucie County, Florida, as per Plat on~file in Plat Book 11, Page 13, ~ of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. value of said property being $1,750.00. 5. The Estate of Florence E. Baggott is not in- debted, since all debts, including funeral expenses and last illness expenses, have been paid by the Petitioner:. 6. In accordance with the Last Will and Testament f of Florence Powers Baggott said property described hereinabove should be conveyed to Florer~e'~ Cranford, sole heir.
