The Petition of Florence E. Cranford respectfully
shows
1. Florence E. Baggott, a resident of Broward
County, Florida, who last resided at 1451 Northeast 53rd
Court, Fort-_T.auderdale, Florida, died-testate in said City
8n November 8, 1972, at the age of 70 years. -
2. The last Will of Florence E. Baggott was duly
• admitted to probate in this Court on ~~February 1, 1973

5. The Estate of Florence E. Baggott is not in-
debted, since all debts, including funeral expenses and
last illness expenses, have been paid by the Petitioner:.
6. In accordance with the Last Will and Testament

of Florence Powers Baggott said property described hereinabove
should be conveyed to Florer~e'~ Cranford, sole heir.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner ask that this Court enter an
