The Petition of-Florence E. Cranford for the entry of
an Order of Administration Unnecessary on the Estate of Florence
E. Baggott has come to be considered by•the Court-and it
-appearing to the Court that:
1. The true cash value. of the Estate is $1,750.00;
2. All obligations of the decedent have been paid
and the Estes to is not indebted; and
3. The averments of the Petition are true, no material
facts have been concealed and the Estate is fully entitled to
an Order ofAdministration Unnecessary, it therefore is
I~dDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Estate of Florence E.
Baggott~is not indebted, theaaggregate value of the Estate does
not exceed $10,000 AO and administration of the Estate is not
necessary. It is further
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the foie heir of the Estate

-53rd Court, Fmrt Lauderdale, Florida.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the assets of
the Estate, all of which are set forth below, be distributed as
