- COMES NOW Petitioner Florence E. Cranford by her
attorney and petitions for correction of the Order of Od-
ministration Unnecessary previously entered in this matter
on February 27, 1973, and in support thereof, says that .
inadvertently, in preparing the Order of Administration Un-
necessary previously entered, at the bottom of said Order
under a column headed "Distributee", the valuation of the
property, to-wit: $1,750.00, was inserted; what should -
have been inserted :was_thernamQ and address of the sole -
heir of said estate, to-wit: Florence E. Cranford, 1451
Northeast 53rd Court, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. ~
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the attached cor-
rected Order of Administration Unnecessary which correctly -
lists the name and address of the distributee be entered
by the Probate Judge.
