FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE HAVING come on for trial, with benefit of
Jury, on the 21st. day of February, 1980, and it appearing to the
Court that a Jury having been heretofore duly impaneled and sworn
in accordance-with law, and after hearing the evidence, the
arguments of counsel, and receiving the charge of the Court,
retired to consider their verdict, and returning into the open
Court rendered the following verdict.
"As a result of the accident of April 20, 1976, did
CABBIE REID:
(A) Incur medical bills in excess of $1,000.00; or
(B) Sustain permanent disfigurement in whole or in -
part; or .
(C) Sustain permanent injury within reasonable medical
certainty; or
(d) Sustain a permanent loss of bodily functions?

SO SAY WE ALL THIS 25th day of February, 1980
