ORDER
~ THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration on the Joint
Stipulation of Dismissal of the parties and the Court having
considered same, the pleadings in this cause, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -
1. That the Complaint and all Counterclaims be and same are
hereby dismissed with each party to bear their respective costs
and attorney's fees.
