Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
A. Certified copies of deeds, mortgages, assignment
of mortgages and promissory notes incident to the above-captioned
case shall be accepted into evidence.
(2) EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and
presented on the Pre-Trial Statement shall be admitted into
evidence without objection.
(3) OTHER PROVISIONS:
A. Plaintiff and Defendant may amend their witness
j lists up to five (5) days prior to trial.
(4) EXPERT WITNESSES. The parties have agreed that
there shall be no expert witnesses used by either side.
(5) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed on the Pre-
Trial Statement and the amendments thereto as set forth herein
