THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of
BARBARA Anti ALDRIDGE to have mortgage payments made into the
Registry of the Court, hearing on said Motion having been on
March 3, 1980 and the Court having heard the arguments of counsel,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all mortgage payments made to
date by Barrie Reed's Auto Plaza, Inc; on that certain mortgage
wherein Barrie Reed's Auto Plaza, Inc: as mortgagor and M. B.
Skaggs and Mary Ann Skaggs are mortgagees shall be paid into the
Registry of the Court.
