This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion for
Continuance filed by the Defendant, Tropicana Products, Inc.,
as to Parcels 103-R and 702 and the Court being fully advised
in the premises,. it is: t
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the trial of this cause as it
relates to Parcels 103-R and 702 owned by the Defendant, Tropicana
Products, Inc., be and the same is hereby continued until a date -
hereinafter set.
