ASSIGNMENT
The undersigned, Frank Scognamillo, divorced and
not remarried, .hereby assigns all of his interest in a certain
Promissory Note dated March 31, 1978 which Robert W. Moses ,
.:and Ursula S. Moses promises to pay to Frank Scognamillo and
!:Delores A. Scognamillo. the sum of $24,000.00 in monthly payments,
to Delores A. Scognamillo, divorced and not remarried.
The undersigned further assigns to Delores A.
Scognamillo all rights in a certain Mortgage of even date as
'to the above-referred-to Note filed in Book 284, Page 1311,
in St. Lucie County, State of Florida,. in which Robert W. Moses
Nand Ursula S. Moses are Mortgagors and Frank Scognamillo and
Delores A. Scognamillo are the Mortgagees.
