MOfTGAGE MOD I F i CAT I ON AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE IsfODIFICATION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made
and entered into this 7th day of March 1980 by
and between PHILLIP P. ZIPES (hereinafter referred to as the
"Mortgagor") and MAX FOX (hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagee"):
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor executed, in favor of the Mortgagee,
those two certain Mortgages (the "Mortgages") recorded, respectively,
in Official Record Book 302 at Page 2258 and Official Records
Book 311 at Page 1572, both of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, each of the Mortgages encumbered an undivided one-
half interest in and to the real property situated in St. Lucie
County, Florida-more particularly described in the Mortgages (the
"Mortgaged Property"); and .
WHEREAS, through scrivenors' errors the legal descriptions
of the Mortgaged Property as contained in the Mortgages incorrectly
described the property which was to be encumbered by the Mortgages;
and

! WHEREAS, the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee. desire, by this

Agreement, to correct the legal descriptions"of the Mortgaged
Property as set forth in the Mortgages.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and for
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the
receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged by each party
hereto from the other part}' hereto the parties hereto do hereby

1. The foregoing recitations are true and correct.
