set forth in the l~iortgages is hereby Amended to be as follows:
An undivided one-half interest in and to that
certain real property legally described as:
A parcel of land lying in Sections 26, 27, 34 and
35 Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St, Lucie
County, Florida being more particularly described
as follows:
From the NW corner of the S373.S9 ft. of the E 1/2 .
of the SE 1/4 of said Section 27, run South 89°
15'56" East 130 ft, for the point of beginning,
thence run South 02°04'47" West parallel with 4
the West line of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 27, 373.59' to the South line of the said
Section 27, thence run South 00°35'43" West in
Section 34, 1500.94'; thence run South 89° 27'
30" East 1206.73' to the East line of Section 34,
thence continue South 89°27'30" East into Section
35, 175'; thence run South 00°28' West 130 feet;
thence run South 89°27'30" East 1369.20-feet to
the West line of property owned by the City of
Fort Pierce; thence run North 00°40' East along
City of Ft. Pierce property line 1630.6' to the
North line of Section 35; thence continue North
00°40' East into Section 26, 364.16'; thence run
West 1550' to the West line of Sec-t ion 26, thence
run West 1333.35' to the West line of E 1/2 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 27, thence West to the
point of beginning. All of the above contains
. approximately 122.174 acs.

shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the
respective terms and provisions thereof.
